After Fabio Capello presented his resignation, the FA needed someone to replace him. The decision over the new manager didn't take long, Stuart Pierce was their call (by the moment, as a caretaker).
Boss Pearce, the current Under-21 manager, was a coach under Capello during the Italian's four-year reign and has been texted by Capello; "Good luck", he wished him.
Now Pearce claims he's not going to announce the Captain until the next match of England, so we'll have to wait and see.

so... Folks, I'm sorry for the topic but it's not going to happen. After yesterday's 2-3 against Holland Pierce claimed he wasn't preapared to be the next England national team manager.
